What are the guidelines of the agreement
This agreement requires that the services be clearly set out in relation
to the scope and nature of the work being undertaken.
The services listed in Annexure B are grouped in six defined stages
common to all disciplines. In practice these stages may overlap.
The services provided by the principal consultant and the principal
agent are often carried out by a professional project manager. Where
a project manager is not specifically appointed a consultant should
be appointed to carry out such services.
Parties are advised to ensure that they are familiar with the definitions
that are provided for the text highlighted in bold.
